Generally
Our Archive Sale is an extension of our traditional online shop, where we offer second-hand items and perfectly good products from our overstock at reduced prices. Originally, our LWSE was only held locally, but now we want to give everyone—even those who don't live nearby—the chance to purchase our second-hand products. Our primary goal is to conserve resources and give beautiful products with minor imperfections a second chance.
We want to conserve resources and live up to our sustainability commitment. By offering products with minor imperfections and stockpile surpluses at a discounted price, rather than discarding them, we reduce waste and give you the opportunity to purchase truly unique items at a more affordable price.
For us, sustainable action means conserving resources and ensuring fair production conditions.
- Material: We use local raw materials (e.g. clay from the region) and recycled materials.
- Packaging: Our shipping packaging is plastic-free and FSC-certified.
- Transport: We ship with DHL GoGreen to support CO₂-neutral shipping.
- Production: Fair cooperation with our producers and transparency along the supply chain are basic requirements for us.
Our goal is to create products that last while being responsible for our planet.
Discounts vary depending on the product and defect. We generally offer discounts of up to 70% on B-grade goods. Discounts on A-grade goods from surplus stock vary depending on the item. You can see the exact prices directly in our online shop.
Products
Since all our products are handmade, they may always vary slightly in shape, color, and glaze. Minor irregularities are part of the process and make each of our products unique.
However, the flaws in the products we declare as B-stock and offer in the Less Waste Sale are more pronounced, so we can no longer offer them at their regular price. Despite these cosmetic defects, the products continue to perform their function and can be used without concern. The Less Waste Sale also includes flawless products from overstock and those that are discontinuing our product range.
Glaze and shape

Excess inventory occurs when we have more of a certain product in stock than we can sell within a foreseeable period of time. This can be due to various reasons, such as excessive production volume or lower demand than expected. To make room for new stock and use resources efficiently, we often offer these products at reduced prices. The quality of the products, of course, remains unchanged.
Yes, the corresponding flags on each product indicate whether it is B-grade or A-grade stock from excess inventory. Choose between the two options and add the products to your shopping basket. You can order both B-grade and A-grade stock from excess inventory in one order.
Our ceramics are created in close collaboration with small manufacturers in Portugal. For our rugs, we use fabric remnants from traditional Portuguese factories. Absolutely. All items in the LWSE online sale are functional and suitable for daily use. Minor flaws are purely cosmetic and do not affect stability or food safety.
Order
Once you've decided on an item, add it to your shopping cart. Once you have all the items you want, click "Checkout," enter your address, and select a payment method in the final step. Clicking "Pay Now" completes your order.
After completing your order, you will receive an order confirmation from us via email. This confirmation contains a link that allows you to check the status of your order.
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email contains a link to download your invoice as a PDF and a link to track your shipment.
When placing your order, you can change your delivery address in the "Delivery Address" step. Unfortunately, address changes are no longer possible for orders that have already been placed.
Our ARCHIVE SALE takes place in a separate sale shop. Neither vouchers nor discount codes can be redeemed, nor can points be earned with your sale purchase.

We offer payment via PayPal, credit card, SOFORT Überweisung, and invoice through external service providers. All of our payment service providers adhere to the highest security standards to protect your and our data and ensure a smooth and worry-free payment process.

No, unfortunately that’s not possible, as onomao.com and archivesale.onomao.com are two separate shops.
Shipment
We usually process your order within 3-5 business days. Once your order has been handed over to our shipping partner, you will usually receive your order within 5-7 days within Germany and Austria.
For other EU countries and Switzerland, it can take up to 15 days for your order to arrive.
We care deeply about our environment and want to avoid unnecessary CO2 emissions. That's why we ship all our products with DHL GoGreen as standard.

Within Germany, we charge a flat shipping fee of €6.90 per order. If you live in Austria, we charge €10 for shipping. Shipping within Germany is free for orders over €195. Shipping costs for all other countries can be found here .
For the sake of the environment, we package your order completely plastic-free. We only use FSC-certified paper and cardboard for packaging. To avoid unnecessary packaging waste, we try to reuse as many packages as possible from returns from our customers and deliveries from our manufacturers. Of course, we'd be delighted if you found another use for your package.
As soon as we have handed over your order to our shipping partner, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email contains the tracking link and your package's shipment number.
Return
- First, check your order confirmation email, which contains the return form. Print this form and fill it out completely and carefully, ensuring all information is correct.
- Then place the completed form in your parcel, create your own parcel label, attach it clearly to the parcel and send the parcel to the following address:

- As soon as your package arrives at our warehouse, we will inspect it and refund you within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
Within the first 14 days, you generally have the option of returning your products to us within the scope of your statutory right of withdrawal.
Unfortunately, in rare cases, your order may arrive damaged (please remember that B-stock defects do not constitute a defect).
Please send us an email to help@onomao.com with your order number and pictures of the damaged products.
You will receive a refund for returned items as soon as possible within 14 working days of receiving the return, using the same payment method you used for your purchase.
Unfortunately, exchanging items is currently not possible. However, you can easily place a new order through the online shop.
