All information regarding returns and complaints of B-stock can be found here:
- First, check your order confirmation email, which contains the return form. Print this form and fill it out completely and carefully, ensuring all information is correct.
- Then place the completed form in your parcel, create your own parcel label, attach it clearly to the parcel and send the parcel to the following address:

- As soon as your package arrives at our warehouse, we will inspect it and refund you within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
Within the first 14 days, you generally have the option of returning your products to us within the scope of your statutory right of withdrawal.
Unfortunately, in rare cases, your order may arrive damaged (please remember that B-stock defects do not constitute a defect).
Please send us an email to help@onomao.com with your order number and pictures of the damaged products.
You will receive a refund for returned items as soon as possible within 14 working days of receiving the return, using the same payment method you used for your purchase.
Unfortunately, we can't exchange items. However, you can easily place a new order through our online shop.
