Our handmade large plate (L) was made in Portugal by a family-run business. A subtle curve on the rim is part of the traditional design.

The large plate is a friend of generous tables and is suitable for convivial family gatherings with homemade pizza as well as for small, delicate creations for a feast for two. Moreover, plates are not an ordinary object: they accompany exuberant, harmonious, wild, or quiet moments and are a part of our lives every day.

The large plate (L) from our TRADITIONAL collection is available in a variety of glazes and is sustainably and fairly produced. Both glazed and unglazed, stoneware is dishwasher safe and can even be used in the oven. A quick tip: the large plate (L) also works as a cake plate!

*The LARGE PLATE (L) is available in a variety of glazes. We also offer a LARGE PLATE (M), which is slightly smaller and therefore more space-saving. The design is identical, only the plate size is now available in a custom size.

The paint and glazes are applied by hand. The reactive glazing process used here ensures that each piece is unique.
Because each piece is handmade, each shape is slightly different. We consider these natural variations part of the beauty of each piece.

Our matte glazes may cause cutlery to scuff over time. However, this is only superficial and can usually be easily removed with baking soda and a soft cloth.
